Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Nashville Hendersonville

We had a mini vacation. The hotel staff were incredibly kind. We came to swim and loved that we had the pool to ourselves all night. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are nice and clean. The continental breakfast was great! We had a great time.

This is the best Fairfield in the chain. The staff was so wonderful and helping us and my coworker and I spent the day working and everybody checked on us and made sure if we needed anything. They are five stars the whole way around.

This hotel is so clean,prefect location,wonderful employees and breakfast is great. Pool and hot tub kept clean ready for use.

Look the hotel is decent. Needs an upgrade. I am giving 5 stars across the board for the INSANE water pressure from the showers. Like holy cow. Had to be the best shower I ever took at any Marriott location.

I would like to give a shout out to a very special lady that works the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Her name is Marie. My mother and her husband were without power due to ice storm for 2 days. They arrived at the hotel at 8:30p.m. 1/26 assuming they had a room that her daughter booked for them. Unfortunately she was told no rooms. As my mother was in her car in the parking lot, Marie ran out to my mother's car. She knocked on her window and said "we have a room housekeeping got a room ready". It was 42° in my mother's home. They were able to get a warm place to stay thanks to Marie and the housekeeping staff. Again, thank you for your services.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and efficient. The only issue was the warm continental breakfast looked a bit rough. Sausage was dried out and leathery. Good pastries and fruits, though.

I specifically picked this hotel due to its location. I had things to do in the area so I wanted to be in Hendersonville. It was a pretty decent hotel. The location was perfect. Parking was very easy. Rooms were nice & clean. Im not talking luxury but very good. They had free breakfast but i didnt have time to try. The clerks at the reception desk were very good. The young man who checked us in whom i have seen almost every morning during my 4 days stay, was very pleasant & had excellent customer service skills. There are also plenty of restaurants, breakfast places, gas stations and even Sam's Club nearby some are walking distance. Also easy access to the highway. If i need to be in that particular area again, i ll definitely stay there.

The staff were wonderful and so accommodating. Great quiet location. The rooms were clean with great A/C and great water pressure. The breakfast was really good quality with a different hot selection each day. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed long-term for repair (which is not the fault of the hotel staff). But the AGM kindly gave us a discount to make it up to us. We would definitely stay here again!
